How long does it take?

• Our ready to ship jewelry will take 1-3 business days to process.
• Our custom made jewelry will take 5-7 business days.
• All orders doesn't include transit time.

How Do You Care for Jewelry

• Due to our jewelry being delicate we highly suggest you removing your Bejeweled before you take a shower, swim, work out, or sleep. Be caution when using water, lotion, perfumes, and sweat can tarnish silver quickly. Daily cleaning helps your jewelry last longer.
• Use a mild soap and warm water and with a soft cloth to clean them right up.

Return Policy

• We want to give you the best experience in our Shop. If you dont love your jewelry we would love to work with you! Please Contact us and we will help you on the return or exchange. If your jewelry is custom made it will not be eligible for a return

Cancel Policy

• When you need to change or cancel your order, we highly recommend letting us know ASAP. We usually start your jewelry process right away or we like to give you a 24 hour window to change your mind. If we have not start on creating your jewelry. You can cancel or change your order. If we have already started on your order then you will have to wait till you receive your order to process a return. Custom made orders cannot be returned.

Fast Shipping

• All orders are being shipped out of home in Utah. If you need your jewelry to be shipped out quicker than the USPS standard shipping, we have the option to expedite shipping.

Tracking

• Once payments is received, and we have completed your order. You will receive updates with the email you provided at check out. Once orders are in transit we cannot control the speed of the postal services.
• Keep in mind that holidays and high volume can affect delivery time. That will be out of our control.
